for preparing wheat Dosa

Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Rava – 1/4 cup
Curd 1/4 cup
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp(optional)
Water
Salt
Oil

for preparing Onion Tomato Gojju

Few Mustard seeds
Few Channa Dal
Few Urad dal
jeera
Few Curry Leaves
Onion – 2
Ginger and Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomatoes – 5 to 6
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Few Coriander Leaves
Oil
Salt
