Red Velvet Cake Ingredients
1 & 1/3 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vinegar
2 and 2/3 cups (295 grams) Maida
1/4 cup (22 grams) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter
1 and 3/4 cups (350 grams) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (120 ml) oil
Around 2 tablespoon red food color
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vinegar
