Ingredients

Semiya-1/2 cup roasted(if using unroasted,roast them in little ghee or dry roast till they become light golden brown)
Milk-2 1/2 cups for thick payasam.(use 3 cups for drinkable kind of payasam)
Sugar-1/4 cup(or as needed)
Cardamom powder-1/2 tspn
Raisins
Cashews
Ghee
Salt-a pinch
