Ingredients
Semiya-1/2 cup roasted(if using unroasted,roast them in little ghee or dry roast till they become light golden brown)
Milk-2 1/2 cups for thick payasam.(use 3 cups for drinkable kind of payasam)
Sugar-1/4 cup(or as needed)
Cardamom powder-1/2 tspn
Raisins
Cashews
Ghee
Salt-a pinch

Made today…very tasty… i just added a little extra milk since v wanted a slighty less thicker payasam and instead of 2 tspn sugar, added 2 tspn milkmaid… milkmaid gave a very nice flavour… thank u anu for the recipe
