For starter
Water-2 tablespoon
Milk-2 tablespoon
Maida-2 tablespoon
For dough
Warm milk-1/2 cup
Yeast-1 tspn
Sugar-1 tspn
Maida-2 cups
Butter-3 tblspn
Egg-1( or use 1 tablespoon butter + 1 tablespoon milk)
Sugar-4 to 6 tablespoon
Salt-1/2tspn
Butter-for spreading
Egg-for egg wash
