Ingredients
Carrot-1 & 1/2 cups
Cinnamon-a small piece
Cardamom-2
Cloves-3 or 4
Sugar-2 tablespoon
Maida-1 cup(120 gms)
Baking powder-1/2 tspn
Baking soda-1/2 tspn
Salt-1/4 tspn
Eggs-2
Sugar-3/4 cup(80gms)
Vanilla essence-1/2 tspn
Oil-1/2 cup(120ml)
Orange zest-1 tspn
Orange juice-2 tablespoon

Thank you chechi.. tried it on the same day you posted.. delicious… Orange zest nd juice flavour cake nu nalla highlight… Loved it.. pinne frosting cheyaaan oru plan.. other than caramel sauce And cream cheese frosting…can you suggest one.. either white chocolate whipped frosting or vanilla whipped cream.. which one will give better taste with this carrot cake…
