Red chilli powder-1 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder-1 1/2 tspn
Lemon Juice-2 tspn
Salt
For masala
Onion-2
Ginger crushed-1 1/2 tblspn
Garlic crushed-1 1/2 tblpsn
Green chilli-3
Tomato-2
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Red chilli powder-1/2 tspn
Coriander Powder-1 1/2 tspn
Homemade biryani masala powder-2 tspn +1/2 tspn
Curd-2 tblpsn
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Curry leaves
Ghee-1 tspn
Oil
Salt
For rice
Basmati rice/Jeerakasaala rice-2 cups
Ghee-1 tblspn
Cinnamon-1 small piece
Cardamom-4
Star anise-1
Mace-1
Cloves-5
Boiling water-4 cups(I usually use extra two cups of water,that is for 3 cups of rice I will add 5 cups of water(instead of adding 6 cups).Its safe to cook rice like that because the rice won’t get overcooked and even if you feel that rice is undercooked you can add more boiling water )
