Ingredients
Rice flour-1 cup
Uzhunnu/Urad dal-1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds-1/2 tspn
You can add cooked rice or poha while making the batter.For 1 cup of dili mix grind and add 1/4 th cup of cooked rice or poha.Then add enough water and make the batter.
For instant idli
Idli mix-1 cup
Curd-1/4 cup
Eno-1/2 tspn
Salt
Mix everything well.Add enough water and make a batter.Steam cook immediately.
