Eggs-6 large separated to whites and yolks
All Purpose Flour/Maida-1 cup
Baking Powder-1/4 tspn
Salt-1/4 tspn
Sugar-1 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tspn
Water-2 tablespoon
Orange/lemon zest from 1
Vinegar/lemon juice-1/4 tspn

For Whipped cream Frosting

Heavy whipping cream or fresh cream-1 cup(if you like to cover the whole cake with frosting double all the ingredients)
If you are using whipping cream powder make the cream according to the instructions in the packet

Gelatin-1 tspn
Icing sugar-1/4 cup

For filling
FreshFruits chopped_i used kiwi,strawberry and apple.
