Garam Masala Powder Recipe

Ingredients

Cherupayar Curry

Cherupayar/Green Gram-1 cup
Oil
Mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tspn
Onion-1
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic-2 cloves
Green chilli-1
Curry leaves
Tomato-1 small
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tspn
Coriander Powder-1 tspn
Garam masala powder-3/4 tspn
Water as needed(I used 3 and 1/4 th cups)
Salt

Wheat Puttu

Wheat flour-2 cups
Salt
Warm Water-as needed
Grated coconut
