Cherupayar-3 tablespoon
Small Onion-20 to 25
Garlic-10 to 15
Nurukku Gothambu/Broken wheat-2 tablespoon
Chemba Pachari-1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tspn
Fenugreek seeds-3/4 tspn
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tspn
