Maida-1 cup
Baking Powder-1 tspn
Baking Soda-1/4 tspn
Salt-1/4 tspn
Egg Whites-of 3 eggs
Sugar powdered-3/4 cup
Oil-1/4 cup
Essence-vanilla,pineapple or cardamom
(I used 1 tspn vanilla and 1/2 tspn pineapple.If using only 1 essence,add vanilla 2 tspn,pineaaple-1/2 to 3/4 tspn ,cardamom-1/2 to 3/4 tspn)
Milk-3 tablespoon
