Coriander powder-1/2 cup
(if using coriander seeds take 1/4 th cup)
Toor dal-1/4 cup
Jeerakam-1 tspn
Dry red chilli-10 to 20
Hing/kayam-3/4 tspn
Black pepper-2 tspn
Fenugreek/uluva-3/4 tspn(optional)
Curry leaves-1 sprig
