Hi friends welcome to Anu”s Kitchen.Today I am sharing the recipe for alcohol free plum cake without using oven or beater.

Ingredients

Orange juice-1/2 cup to 3/4 cup( around 125 ml)
Dry fruits-3/4 cup( 130 gms)

For caramel syrup

Sugar-1/4 cup (55 gm)
Water-1 tablespoon
Hot water-1/4 cup( 60 ml)

For cake

All Purpose flour-1 cup( 128 gm)
Baking soda-1/4 tspn
Baking powder-1/2 tspn
Salt-pinch
Sugar-1/2 cup +2 tablespoon (72gms)
Cardamom-1
Cinnamon-1 small piece
Cloves-2
Ajwain seeds-a pinch
Butter-1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (128gms)
Eggs-2
Vanilla essence-1/2 tspn
