Basmati rice-3 cups
Ghee
Oil
Cinnamon-2 small piece,cloves-6 or 7,cardamom-4 or 5
Onion-1
Ginger garlic-1 tspn
Green chilli-2
Tomato-2 or 3
Potato-2 or 3
Carrot -2 or 3
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Mint-few
Curry leaves-few
Hot Water-3 & 1/2 cups
Salt
Cook for 10 minutes or one whistle in medium flame

Chicken-1 kg
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder-4 tspn
Coriander powder-3 tspn
Garam masala-2 or 2 &1/2 tspn
Onion-3
Ginger garlic crushed-1 or 2 tablespoon
Green chilli-2
Tomato-2
Curry leaves
Coconut oil-2 tspn
Salt
Oil-as needed
