Ingredients
Gelatin-2 & 1/2 tspn or
Agar Agar powder-2 & 1/2 tspn
China grass-around 6 to 7 gms
(if using china grass melt completely adding some water and add to the pudding mix when it is still hot.Both pudding mix and melted china grass should be hot while mixing together
ചൈന ഗ്രാസ് ആണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ആദ്യം കുറച്ചു വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച് melt ചെയ്യണം.
പുഡ്ഡിംഗ് മിക്സിൽ ചേർക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉരുക്കിയ ചൈന ഗ്രാസും പുഡ്ഡിംഗ് മിക്സും ചൂടായിരിക്കണം .)
Whipping cream-1 cup or 250 ml
Milk-3/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1/2 tspn
Sugar-1/2 cup
water-2 tablespoon
Salt-1/4 tspn
