Curry leaves
Onion-1 big
Ginger Garlic crushed-1 tablespoon
Green chilli-2
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder-2 to 3 tspn
Coriander powder-4 tspn
Garam masala-1 tspn
Tomato-1 small
Potato-2 small
Carrot-1 big
Beans-5
Water-3 cups
Salt

Grated coconut-2 small handful
Cinnamon-1 small piece
Cardamom-2 or 3
Cloves-4
Fennel seeds-1 tspn
