AVAREKAYI HULi/ village style avarekalu sambar in Kannada/flat bean sambar/avarekalu saaru

Halli Style Avarekalu Huli:
This video is of preparing famous South Indian recipe of Avarekalu Huli.

Ingredients used:
* 1/2 kg Hyacinth bean (Avarekayi),
* 5 tamatoes,
* 2 onions( sliced),
* 6 Garlic clove,
* 3 to 4 table spoons of Grated Coconut,
* 10 coriander leaves,
* 1/2 Carrot leaves,
* 2 Brinjal (Badanekayi),
* 2 Potato,
* 3 to 4 table spoon of sambar powder,
* 1/2 table spoon of mustard,
* 3 Byadagi chillies.
