Hi Guys! Today I will share a recipe of Malpua. Malpua is one of the my family’s favourite sweet dishes.
It is easy to make and amazing for festive season. You can make it for New Year’s and let me know your
thoughts in the comments section.
Let’s start!
I will use Aashirvaad Atta for Malpuas. I trust Aashirvaad as it is 100% Wheat. It had no maida. It is soft &
has a perfect wheatish colour.
Ingredients:
Atta -3/4 cup
Semolina -1/4 cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Fennel seeds powder -1/4
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients with 1+ ¾ cup warm milk mix well till you get a smooth consistency. Now
add 2tbs of fresh cream keep it for 15 min.
Step 2: Take sugar, water, cardamom powder and combine to make syrup.
Step 3: Pour malpua mix into oil, deep fry in low medium flame till it becomes golden colour. Remove it
from oil and put in syrup for 3-4 minutes (so it can soak).
Serve! You can make a variety of dishes using Aashirvaad Atta just like I did.
