Hi hello everyone, I’m Anupama from Anuswayamkalike.

Today I’ll be teaching the mouthwatering Avarekalu Sagu in simple steps with great taste. We will be using our star ingredient towards the end which will make our Avarekalu Sagu taste kamaal. So, let’s start for now,

The ingredient that we will use today is MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic. It is the perfect partner in my masala daani that ensures that whatever dish I make daily in my kitchen, it tastes kamaal!
Just add one sachet of MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic to any dish that you make and trust me your kids and family won’t be able to stop asking for more.

1. In a Kadai, add 5 Byadagi chili, 4 Guntur chili, 1tsp sesame seeds, chana dal 1tsp, 1/2tsp Cumin seeds and dry roast them.

2. Allow to cool down

3. In a mixie jar, add all the ingredients, 4tbsp fresh coconut (grated), 1inch ginger, coriander, little water, and blend into smooth paste

4. In a Kadai, add 3tbsp Oil, add 1/2tsp Mustard seeds, 1/2tsp Cumin seeds

5. Add 1 Onion(chopped), curry leaves, fry till it turns transparent

6. Add Tomato and mix it

7. Add 500gms Lima beans (Avarekalu) and cook for 2 minutes in a medium flame

8. Add Salt (as per your taste) mix it well and close the lid
9. Cook till 50% of the Lima beans gets softened
10. Now add the ground masala and mix it
11. Add required quantity of water, Salt (if required)
12. Mix well

13. Close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes in a medium flame

14. Add one sachet of MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic and mix it

You can use it for any vegetable curry. Everyone must try this MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic its very good in taste and every family member will like the taste. It is a mix of 10 spices roasted to perfection and makes every dish taste kamaal.

15. Cook it for 2minutes

16. After 2 minutes, by taking the whiff of the aroma coming from the dish being cooked ” Every dish must be extraordinary because they are made for the ones you love the most”

17. Now the Lima beans Sagu (Avarekalu) Sagu is ready to serve
