My father has been cooking this dish for years…. and it has been a favourite in my family and extended family…. but we still don’t know what it is called…. So we have always been calling it Uncle Anthony’s Meat, after my uncle who taught my dad how to prepare it.

For the Marinade
* 2 heaped tbsp chilli powder
* 1 tbsp homemade garam masala powder (link at the end of this video and at the end of the page)
* 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
* 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
* 1 pinch cumin powder
* 2 pinches corriander powder
* Salt to taste
* 4-5 tbsp Goa vinegar
