Sorpotel – the most beloved dish of any Goan ??

And my favourite-est-est-est-est dish too…. but only when it’s prepared by my dad!! ?…. I don’t much like sorpotel made by anyone else ?

Each family has its own recipe, which it swears by…. and so do we ?

We don’t follow the traditional sorpotel recipe, with ground masalas and liver and blood and all that jazz – coz none at home like it….. ours is simple – but absolutely delicious nevertheless!!
