Fish Fry / Fried Fish / Halwa Fry

A mouthwatering piece of work, which needs no introduction!!
I have used the Halwa Fish (Black Pomfret), but you can use any fish of your choice – Pomfret, King Fish, Prawns, Rawas etc
Proportions for the marinade:
Use 8-10 pieces of fish and marinate with –
* 3/4 tsp chilli pd
* 1/2 tsp turmeric pd
* 1/4 tsp cumin pd
* 1/2 tsp corriander pd
* 1/2 tsp garam masala pd
* 2 tbsp Goa vinegar (or lime or any other vinegar – but any day, Goa vinegar is tastier)
At times you can also do away with the cumin and corriander powders.
