Description :

INGREDIENTS
 1 cup levelled raw rice
 around 2 tbsp urad dal on heap of raw rice
 1 tsp sugar
 salt to taste
 water as needed

Method
1. In 1 cup measure take raw rice level it well on top, now add urad dal till heap this is the measure.Take in a bowl soak for 2 to 3 hrs then rinse well and drain.Add it to mixer.

2. Add water little by little and grind to a fine paste.Transfer to a bowl.

3. Add salt,sugar and water if needed to bring it to dosa batter
consistency.Heat oil in a kadai, using a deep curved laddle pour a laddle ful.

4. Let it raise and puff up.

5. Flip over and cook ,then drain and serve.

6. Serve hot with milagai chtuney!
