Description :
Boiled elephant yam steaks dusted with Indian spices and grilled till crispy.
Ingredients :
Yam (peeled and sliced) 250 g
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 wedges
Salt To taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Method :
In a pressure cooker add yam pieces, salt, garam masala, coriander powder,lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste and boil until 4-5 witsils
Heat tawa pour some oil, fry the yam pieces till they a brown color and serve
Crispy Yam fry is ready serve with rasam sadam & curd rice
