Ingredients
• 1 cup wheat Rava
• 2 cup Water
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
• 3 Cloves
• 2 cardamom
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 Bay leaf
• 3 Green Chillies
• 2 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 5 beans finely chopped
• 1 Carrot finely chopped
• Salt , as required
• Coriander Leaves , Few sprigs, finely chopped
Method
1. Firstly heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom.
2. Add in the ginger and green chillies. Saute it for a few seconds on low flame.
3. Add in the onions and cook them till they turn translucent.
4. add in the tomato cook them till they turn soft.
5. Once it is done add in the carrot, beans, coriander leaves and the required salt sauté well. Add ¼ cup water mix it. Let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
7. Add wheat rava and mix it well. Cover it with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes untill the wheat rava and vegetables are cooked properly.
8. Once it is done, switch off the flame.
9. Our healthiest wheat rava kichadi is ready to eat…..
