Ingredients:

Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Water – 6 cups
Salt as required
Cooked rice – 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Pour 6 cups of water into a heavy Non stick pot.

2. Place it over medium flame and bring to a boil.

3. Add salt and cooked rice mix it well.

4.Add the wheat flour and you need to continuously stir until batter it thickens.

5. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Now the batter is cooked well and more thick in consistency.

6. Once done switch of the flame. Cover the lid and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

7. Now dip a hand in cold water and take a handful of cooked dough and roll to the ball.

8. Our traditional godumai kali/ wheat kali is ready. Serve hot with veg gravy or non veg gravy.
