Description :

Method

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan

2. Add ¼ cup capsicum, 1 pod finely chopped garlic, 2 green chilies finely chopped, ¼ cup french beans, ¼ cup carrots, ¼ cup cabbage and sauté and stir fry the vegetables

3. Add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp red chili sauce and mix everything well

4. Add the 1 cup boiled basmati rice and toss everything together.

5. Add required salt, spring onions to it and mix well everything well

6. Serve hot
