Ingrident
1. dry ginger – 50 gram
2. Pepper – – 50 gram
3. Pipli or long pepper – 50 gram
Ratio (1:1:1)

Method
1. Take dry ginger, pepper and pipli in equal ratio (1:1:1). this ratio is most important to this powder.
2. heat a tawa in stove. add ingridents seperately and dry roast for 2 minute.
3. once cooled. add in mixer jar and grind it to a fine powder.
4. sieve it well. store in a air tight container.
5. our healthiest thirikadugam powder is ready to eat.
6. for 1 to 5 years baby add 2 pinch of thirikaduga powder with few honey drops mix well and give morning and evening.
7. for 5 to 12 years toddlers add 1/2 tsp of thirikaduga powder with few honey drops mix well and give morning and evening.
8. for adults add 1/2 tsp of thirikaduga powder with 1/4 cup warm water mix well and give morning and evening.
9. if we eat this thirigadugam powder in our life routine it will boost immunity to our body naturally. and it’s avoid common cold, fever, cough and digestion problem. The most thing is always we will stay in young forever.
