Ingredient
1. Clay pot – 1 no
2. Water – 1 cup
3. Tea powder – 3 tsp
4. Crushed ginger – small piece
5. Crushed cardamom – 3 nos
6. Cinnamon stick – small piece
7. Clove – 3 nos
8. Mint leaves – few
9. Milk – ¾ cup
10. Sugar – 3 tbsp

Method

1. Place the clay pot on a flame and heat up for 10 minutes on a medium flame for all sides.

2. Prepare the tea by boiling the water and tea leaves, crushed ginger, cinnamon stick, clove, crushed cardamom, and mint leave. Allow to boil for two minutes. now add the milk and sugar again boil for 2 more minutes.

3. With the help of a tea strainer, pour the tea in a glass jar. Now, carefully using tongs, place the clay pot in a deep pot/vessel, and start pouring the hot tea in it.

4. The tea will start to bubble in the clay pot and would eventually ooze out. After few minutes our tandoori tea is ready. Pour it in a clean clay pot or glass tumbler and drink with biscuits of your choice.

5. This cooking process is giving to the tea to special taste and smoke flavor.
