INGREDIENTS:

Oil 2 tbs
Garlic(finely chopped) ½ tsp
Red chilly paste 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
Salt To taste
Sugar 1 tsp
French beans(chopped) ¼ cup
Onions ¼ cup
Cabbage(chopped) ¼ cup
Green peas ¼ cup
Carrot(chopped) ¼ cup
pepper powder 1 tsp
Basmati rice 1 cup
Spring onions(chopped) ¼ cup

METHOD:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, red chilly paste, vinegar, soya sauce and saute it for 1 min.

2. To it add tomato ketchup, little salt, little sugar and saute it.

3. Add french beans, green bell pepper, onions, cabbage, green peas, carrot, and saute it for 1 min.

4. Add cooked basmati rice and mix nicely on high flame.

5. Switch off flame add spring onions, pepper powder and saute it.

6. Now schezwan fried rice is ready to serve.
