Spicy raw onion tomato chutney for idly dosa/இட்லி தோசைக்கு காரசாரமான பச்சை வெங்காய தக்காளி சட்னி
Description :
Method
1. Wash and roughly chop the 3 onions and 3 tomatoes.
2. Grind this with 3 red chili, small piece of tamarind and required salt. (It should be a smooth paste) should not add water.
3 .For seasoning heat the 2 tbsp coconut oil with a medium flame once hot add 1 tsp mustard seeds when it splits add 1 tsp urad dal & chana dal fry until golden brown. Switch off the flame then add curry leaves and fries a few seconds.
4. Now add in blended chutney and mix it well.
5. raw onion tomato chutney is ready to serve. It goes well with idly, dosa,and kuzhi paniyaram
