Spicy Garlic chutney/Garlic Onion chutney/இட்லி தோசைக்கு சூப்பரான பூண்டு சட்னி

Method
1. In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 20 pods Garlic, 20 Shallots,5 red chillies and small amount of tamarind. Fry all the ingredients until a nice aroma comes out. Let it cool for some time and then grind it along with salt.
2. Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil, crackle 1 tsp mustard seeds and split 1 tsp urad dal and add curry leaves pour the ground chutney into this, season and mix well. fry for two minute until raw smell of onions go off.
3. This chutney goes well with Idli or Dosai
Note:
Adjust red chillies based on your spice level.
Add little water while grinding (If required)
