Ingredients
• Soya chunks/Meal maker – 200 gram
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Curd – 3 tbsp
• Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Corn flour – 3 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 tbsp
• Maida – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
• Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
• Oil – for deep frying
Method
1. Boil water in a vessel, once it starts boiling, switch off the stove. Add the soya chunks in it. Keep it soaked for about 30 minutes.
2. After 30 minutes the soya will double in size. Now wash the soya in running water 2 or 3 times. Squeeze out the water completely.
3. Take a big mixing bowl Add Corn flour, Maida, rice flour, red chilli powder, curd, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix it well.
4. Then add squeezed out soya to a bowl.Mix well. Let this rest for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, heat oil in a kadai, fry the soya chunks in batches until it turns golden brown.
6. Drain in paper towel ,fry some curry leaves in the same oil
7. Our crispy soya 65 is ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
