Method
Rumali roti dough

1. first of all, in a large mixing bowl, take 2 cups of maida.
add pinch salt and a tbsp of oil.

2. add warm milk little by little and start to knead.
3. knead for atleast 5 to 10 minutes.

4.finally, grease the dough with a tsp of oil to prevent from drying.
cover with moist cloth and rest for one hour.

rumali roti :

5. pinch a small sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.also dust with some plain flour. furthermore, roll it into a thin circle.roll as thin as possible.

6. roll the rumali roti carefully over the rolling pin

roasting roti

7. take kadai and heat for 2 minutes.then reverse the kadai and heat further more a minute.

8.sprinkle some salt water over kadai.

9. now slowly unroll the rumali roti over hot kadai. after 10 seconds you can see bubbles forming over roti. so flip off and cook the other side.

10. once the golden brown spots start appearing, the rumali roti is done.

Our Rumali roti is ready!!!!!!
