Ingredients
• 1 cup Raw Mango
• 1 cup Sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp Ghee , for greasing
Method
1. In mixer jar add raw mango cubes grind it to smooth puree.
2. Add the mango puree in a pan and place it on the gas to boil.
3. After it comes to boil, add chili powder, sugar and salt mix it well. cook for 5-8 minutes while you stir continuously, until the puree thickens and slightly changes its colour.
4. Grease a plate or tray with ghee, pour the cooked mango mix on the plate and spread it out thinly to allow them to dry.
5. Now keep this plate out in the sun to dry. If the sun’s heat is strong then the raw mango bar will be dried and ready by 3 days.
6. once dried our tasty and sour raw mango bar ready to eat!!!!
