Description :

Method

1. Heat a pan, add 3 tsp of oil and mustard seeds. Once they splutter add the urad and bengal gram dhal. Later add green chillies, ginger and curry leaves and sauté them.

2. Add Rava and sauté them until they are coated with oil. Slightly roast without no change in color. Switch off the stove and allow it to cool.

3. To a bowl, add roasted rava, carrot, green beans, hing, cooked green peas, and slowly add the butter milk. Lastly add Eno fruit salt and salt to taste.
Allow this to rest for 5 minutes. Check for the consistency (watch video). Lastly add the coriander leaves.

4. Grease the idly plates, pour and steam it for 10 -12 minutes.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
