INGREDIENTS

• Ragi flour/Finger millet flour – 1 cup
• Water – 1.5 cup
• salt to taste
• ghee – 2 tsp

For ragi water

• Ragi flour – 1 tbsp
• Water – ¼ cup

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small bowl take 1 tbsp raagi flour and ¼ cups of water.

2. mix well and make a lump free ragi water.

3. In a kadai add water and salt.

4. stir well and get the water to boil.

5. pour the ragi water once the water begins to boil. Stir it well

6. now spread 1 cup of ragi flour.

7. Cover and boil for 3 minute without disturbing.

8. now with the help of wooden stick or spatula, break the lumps gently by pushing the flour into water.

9. mix continuously in one direction on medium flame.

10. cover and simmer for two minute and check if the raagi is cooked completely. And switch off the flame.

11. In a plate add ghee and spread well. Now add cooked ragi kali.

12. Dip your hand in cold water and make the ball when its hot.

13. Serve raagi kali with Non veg gravy of your choice.
