Ingredients
• Roasted gram [Pottukadalai, porikadalai] – 1 cup
• Sugar – ½ cup
• Green cardamom – 4 nos
• Ghee – 6 tbsp cup
• Cashew nuts – 15 nos
• Raisins – 15 nos
Method
• Heat pan add roasted gram gently roast for a min on low flame. Then cool it & grind to smooth powder.
• In a same mixer jar add sugar and green cardamom finely grind.
• In a bowl add roasted gram powder and sugar powder. Sieve it well.
• Now heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan add raisins, & cashew nuts then roast till light brown.
• Add roasted nuts & raisins mix well.
• Add 2 tbsp ghee to the mixture mix well then make it equal size ladoos. Pressure little bit & make the ladoos tight.
• Our tasty and healthy pottukadalai laddu is ready to eat. place it in an airtight container use within 3 days.
