Ingredients
Potatoes boiled and mashed – 300 gram
Carrot grated – 1 cup
Beetroot grated – 1 cup
Capsicum – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Beans – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Onion finely chopped – 1 no
Green chili – 1 no
Mint leaves – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Peri peri masala powder – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Flattened rice – ¼ cup (thin)
Bread crumbs – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
For batter
Maida – ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Water as required
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Method
1. In a mixing bowl add smashed potato, grated carrot, grated beetroot, chopped beans, onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder,peri peri masala powder, salt, chopped mint, coriander, flattened rice, bread crumbs and lemon juice.
2. mix it well.
3. Take a portion of the mixture, shape into a ball and Press lightlyt. Keep aside.
4. in another mixing bowl add maida, salt and required water.
5. mix well to the smooth consistency. Keep aside.
6. now take a cutlet dip in maida batter and roll in breadcrumbs. Keep aside.
7. heat oil in a kadai. Now add cutlet fry till both the sides are evenly golden.
8. Drain and place on an absorbent paper and serve hot with ketchup.
