Ingredients
200 gms paneer
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 onion
Marination
½ cup curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp ajwain
2 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
juice of half lemon
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method: –
1. Cut the Paneer into thick dices, also cut the capsicums and onions into quarters
2. In a bowl add curd, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt to taste, oil, turmeric powder,ajwain, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and juice of half lemon and mix it properly
3. Add the slices of onions, peppers and paneer into the marination paste and leave it aside for 30 minutes
4. Place the paneer and veggies into the skewer
5. Heat some oil and place the paneer tikka sticks and keep turning them until they cook from all the sides.
6. Paneer Tikka is ready to be served!
