Nellika juice / Nellikkai juice / Amla juice / Gooseberry juice / usirikai juice / immunity booster

Ingredient

• ▢ 10 Indian gooseberry
• ▢ small piece of ginger
• ▢ 2 spring of curry leaves
• ▢ 2 tbsp honey or jaggery
• ▢ small piece of ginger
• ▢ Salt to taste
• ▢ 6 tbsp lemon juice
• ▢2 cups water

Method

For sweet version

1. Cut amla into small pieces and discard the seeds.

2. Add the chopped amla, ginger into the mixer and grind until smooth without water. If required add little water. do not add too much.

3. Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the pulp. Press the pulp with the back of a spoon to get as much juice as possible.

4. In this juice add a cup of water, honey and lemon juice. Mix it well.
Amla juice is ready to drink. Pour it into a glass and serve immediately.

For Salt version
