Description :

Method:

1. Take a wide saucepan and add oil to it.

2. Add some fennel seeds, Poppy seeds, cashew nuts and mix well.

3. Now, add roasted chana dal, chopped ginger, garlic & green chili and some cloves.

4. Now, add chopped onions, few curry leaves and some freshly grated coconut and saute it well.

5. Now, add minced mutton to the mixture.

6. Season it with some salt and let it cook till the moisture in mutton evaporates.

7. Cool the mixture and grind it to a fine consistency mixture. Do not add any water.

8. Crack open an egg, whisk it gently and add it to the mixture.

9. Add a few finely chopped coriander leaves and mix the mixture well with your hands.

10. Now, make small balls of this mixture using your hands.

11. Heat oil in a kadai. Once the oil is hot, gently place the balls in the oil.

12. Deep fry the balls until they turn brown in colour.
