INGREDIENTS
½ cup Butter (Unsalted)
¾ cup sugar, powdered
3 tsp Milk powder
¼ tsp Vanila essence

Method
1. Melt the butter by double boiler method. heat a saucepan with a cup of water.later place a large bowl, making sure it doesn’t touch the water.

2. add butter and mix well till the butter melt. Now add powder sugar mix well until sugar dissolves completely.

3. now add milk powder mix till the milk powder combines well with butter.also make sure the mixture has turned smooth and silky.

4. add vanilla essence mix well and switch off the flame.

5. now scoop the mixture and pour into silicone chocolate mould. shake and tap gently to remove the air bubbles.

6. Refrigerate for 1 hours or till it sets completely. now slowly remove from the mould.

7. Our home made white chocolate is ready to eat!!!!!!
