Maravalli kizangu fry/ kappa kilangu fry/Tapioca stir fry/மரவள்ளி கிழங்கு வறுவல்
Description :
Method
1. Peel and slice the tapioca/Maravalli Kizangu/Kappa kizangu and slice into desired shapes
2. Put them in boiling water for 5 minutes or until semi cooked.
Now put the maravalli kizangu to a bowl
3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, when it splutters, add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and curry leaves saute well.
4. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice mix it and saute well.
5. Then add the cooked maravalli kizangu mix it well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown colour. garnish with coriander leaves.
