Ingredients
1. 2 cup wheat flour
2. Salt to taste
3. 3 tbsp milk powder
4. ¼ milk
5. Water as required
6. 6 almonds (finely chopped)
7. 8 cashew nuts (finely chopped)
8. 10 pistachio (finely chopped)
9. 8 raisin
10. 1 tsp cardamom powder
11. 4 tbsp sugar
12. 3 tbsp ghee
Method
1. Firstly make soft chapatti dough using wheat flour, salt, milk powder, ghee, milk and water. Rest it for 15 minutes.
2. Make normal chapatti’s as you make using desi ghee. Once cooled make small piece’s with your hands
.
3. Heat a pan with ghee and add finely chopped almonds, cashew, pista and raisin. Roast until nuts turn golden brown. Set aside.
4. In a mixer jar add small chapatti piece’s, sugar and cardamom powder. Make Scramble using pulse mode few seconds.
5. Shift to plate. Add fried dry fruits to this mixture. Mix everything well.
6. Our delicious and healthiest malida is ready to eat.
7. serve with hot milk or plain as your wish
