Description :
Method
1.In a Kadai heat 1 tsp ghee,3 tbsp of oil and saute spices. (bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick,star anise,cloves, javithri and fennel seeds)
2. also saute 1 onion followed by 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 3 green chilies. add 3 tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.additionally, add feast full of mint and coriander leaves mix well.
3. now add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp garam masala powder and salt. saute on low flame till it turns aromatic.
4. add 2 tbsp curd and saute till the curd combines well without curdling.
5. add 1 cup basmati rice and 2 cup water. mix well.
6.cover and cook on medium flame till rice gets cooked completely.
7. If you go to cook in the pressure cooker means pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame or till rice gets cooked completely.
8.Garnish with mint and coriander leaves,your kuska is ready to serve with raita.
