Method
1. Soak the yeast, sugar in lukewarm water and let it rest for 2 – 3 mins.
2. Take flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, oil in a bowl and mix them well
3. Pour yeast water in the flour mix as per need to make a dough
till it stops sticking to your hand.
4. Make depression in the center of the dough and keep it in a bowl and cover it with clean lid Keep the dough for a min of 1.5 hrs
5. Take a small portion of the dough and make round balls out of it
Roll the balls in plain dry flour giving it a round shape.apply little water and place the coriander leaves on the top and again roll it.
6. heat the pan . Place the kulcha on pan on high flame flip it over.
7. apply butter on both sides of kulcha while cooking
8. Cook it on both sides till you get brown spots and the kulcha is ready to be served.
