Ingridient
Horse gram – 1 cup
Chana dal – 2 tbsp
Toor dal – 2 tbsp
Urad dal – 2 tbsp
Red chilies – 7 nos
Kashmiri red chilies – 8 nos
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 10 nos (crushed)
Hing – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Method
1. MEASURE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS AND KEEP IT READY.
2. DRY ROAST HORSE GRAM, CHANA DAL, TOOR DAL, URAD DAL, RED CHILLIES AND KASHMIRI RED CHILIES TILL HORSE GRAM POP UP. NOW ADD CUMIN SEEDS, PEPPER AND CRUSHED GARLIC ROAST FOR TWO MINUTES.
3. NOW SWITCH OFF THE FLAME. ADD HING AND SALT MIX IT WELL.SET ASIDE.
4. NOW LET ALL THE ROASTED INGREDIENTS COOL DOWN. THEN GRIND IT TO A SEMI FINE POWDER USING A MIXER. COOL DOWN AND STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
5. OUR HEALTHIEST HORSE GRAM SADHAM POWDER IS READY TO USE. USE A REQUIRED AMOUNT OF THIS POWDER WITH SESAME OIL IN HOT RICE. EAT WELL THAT TASTE IS AWESOME.
6. YOU CAN ALSO USE THIS PODI AS KOLLU IDLI DOSA POWDER.

• MAKE SURE YOU COOL DOWN COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU GRIND IT. ALSO AFTER GRINDING LET IT COOL DOWN BEFORE YOU STORE.
• KEEPS WELL FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS IN ROOM TEMPERATURE ITSELF.
