Ingredients
• whole wheat khakra
• 1 tsp green chutney
• 1 tsp tamarind sweet chutney
• 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
• 1 tbsp tomato finely chopped
• 1 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
• 1 tbsp cucumber finely chopped
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp curry leaves
• ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
• salt to taste
• Few drops of lemon
• sev for garnish

Method
1. Place the khakra on a serving plate.
2. Take green chutney and tamarind chutney and spread evenly on the khakra.
3. Sprinkle some chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, curry leaves evenly one by one.
4. Sprinkle some chaat masala, salt and few drops of lemon on top and finally sprinkle sev and serve immediately.

Notes:
1. Serve this healthy khakra chaat immediately else it will turn soggy.
