INGREDIENTS:
 1 Apples
 1 Mango
 1 cup pomegranate
 1 cup green grapes
 1 cup black grapes
 1 Orange
 1 cup gelatin powder (orange flavor)
 1 cup gelatin powder (strawberry flavor)
 500ml Water

Method

1. Cut all the fruits. Next add the Gelatin powder or agar agar with boiling water.

2. Mix the Gelatin powder without lumps. Switch off the flame.

3. In a 7-inch aluminum dish, you need to pour a little of the Jelly mixture in it and assemble the fruits as you’d like. Once all the fruits are placed, pour all the jelly mixture onto the fruits and let set in the fridge for 1 minutes or until slightly firm.

4. After one hour add 1 cup of jelly water (strawberry flavor) freeze for 4 hours.

5. Our jelly fruit cake is ready to eat
